Rajiv Amarnani

Rajiv Amarnani’s major areas of research are service management, workplace deviance, and career development, examined through the lens of self-esteem regulation and self-control failures. Rajiv earned his PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the Australian National University, where he subsequently served as a postdoctoral research fellow with the Research School of Management. Prior to commencing his doctoral studies, he worked in a neuropsychology clinic and conducted market research for an Asian MMORPG firm. Rajiv’s early scholarly works have been published in internationally recognised outlets and include articles in Organizational Dynamics and the Journal of Research in Personality.
